Our Values

Twello was formed in the autumn of 2017 by Ian Mello and Liz Twelves. We are experienced senior public sector professionals who decided to use our shared experience and skills to work independently. Between us we have worked in and with the NHS, local government, the community and voluntary sector and social businesses.

We have much in common, not least our shared values around equity and social justice. We believe that we can only face into the challenges facing us in public services and as communities by working in more inclusive and collaborative ways.
